The Applicant must comply with all legal requirements in India, including those for NRIs/PIOs. Avihs Builders is not responsible for any failure to meet these requirements.
Online payments are subject to the rules and regulations of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), other authorities, and payment card organizations like VISA/MasterCard, which may change over time.
Payments are subject to risks like technical issues with the payment gateway. Avihs Builders is not liable for failed transactions or amounts deducted from your account but not credited to the company’s account due to technical errors. If possible, the company will notify you of any failed transactions and process any refunds due through the payment gateway.
Payments made by Debit/Credit Card should generally reach Avihs Builders within three working days. The company is not responsible for any delays or errors, such as incorrect account details or issues from the card service provider.
Avihs Builders is not obligated to inform the Applicant if the payment is declined or if any additional charges are applied by the service provider for failed or canceled transactions. It is the Applicant’s responsibility to confirm with their bank or card provider if the payment has been processed. The application is considered complete only once Avihs Builders has received the payment.
The payment made is a token amount showing interest in a particular unit and does not guarantee any rights to the unit. The Applicant must submit a filled Application Form, and any allotment will only be made after further payments are received and the terms are met. In case of any dispute, Avihs Builders reserves the right to cancel the application and refund the payment, minus any third-party claims.
The Applicant will be notified of the unit details within three working days of providing complete information, including the remitter’s confirmed email.
Once the payment is credited, an e-receipt will be emailed to the Applicant, which must be kept for records and further processing.
After submitting the filled Application Form, the payment will be applied toward the unit’s total price, as per the terms in the Application Form.
The Applicant must follow the payment schedule mentioned in the Application Form or Agreement to Sell and sign any necessary documents to complete the purchase of the unit.
The Applicant can request a refund of the amount paid to Avihs Builders within 15 days after the month in which the payment was received. Refunds will only be made to the original debit/credit card used for payment.
All payment details entered through the payment gateway are encrypted and secured, but Avihs Builders is not liable for any failure by the Applicant or third parties to protect this data during the payment process.
Avihs Builders strives to keep the website content up-to-date but holds no responsibility for any errors or inaccuracies. The company may update or change the information without prior notice and is not liable for any losses due to incorrect content.
Avihs Builders is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website or linked websites. This includes any warranty, contract, or legal issues.
The terms mentioned here and in the Application Form are governed by Indian law, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Bangalore.
